I researched the difference between electric and hybrid as I am going solar and am trying to eliminate gas completely. I was enticed by the great rebates from Duke and tax credits for 2025. Queen City was one of the companies authorized to install for Duke and had  a great reputation. They sent out Bill who listened carefully to what I wanted and put together a quote. I hired them and they accommodated my schedule to replace everything. First Michael Lopez was awesome on installing the hybrid model and then Hass electrical was paired with them to install the necessary 240 volt plug. They took care of everything! I didn’t have to worry about setting up anything myself. It was a great experience. Everything is in code and permitted and they cleaned up everything nicely. Very professional and nice people! Update. 6/26 Additionally, I have enjoyed their people and service so much they are doing a fan install and my Heat pump HVAC system.  Michael diagnosed it the same day I called ( it’s under warranty so no charges either) Vinton came out today and installed the bad board and was so nice and helpful and checked my water pressure which had been a little low and is now better.  I highly recommend Queen City’   BJ and James have been stellar about the fan and hvac and helped come up with a great design in an interesting bathroom configuration.  Did the annual water flush and Michael was on time and efficient.. thanks!

Changed the unit supply to a ball valve and reset a toilet with new wax ring. Richard was very good at keeping us update on arrival. And where we were in the process.
