Queen City was prompt to send someone out to give a quote for the repairs. Michael was the first person to arrive for a quote. He was very polite and professional.  Bill came out and really got the ball rolling for me. He was professional and down to earth. All of my stress seamed to melt away once Bill got everything set up for me. Michael, Hayden and Zack were at my house the next day to start replacing/rerunning pipes. They were all such an amazing hard working crew. Michael and Hayden came back the second day to finish up. There was a lot of work to be done and I am so happy that they stuck with the project. They had my water back on in both my bathrooms the first day. The second day my kitchen and laundry room water was restored. There are still some items remaining to complete after inspection is complete. I am thankful for each and everyone at Queen City Plumbing who assisted me during this difficult time. Thank you Danielle for your excellent customer service.
