Plumbing Assistant:

Duties
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Support the use of power tools safely during various tasks such as pipe cutting, threading, or assembly.
- Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing routine system maintenance or repairs under supervision.
Experience
- Prior new construction and/or service plumbing experience is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques, blueprint reading, and schematics is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding processes is highly desirable.
- Experience working on construction sites or in field service environments helps demonstrate adaptability and safety awareness.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow building code requirements diligently.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer service when interacting with team members or clients during project support.

HVAC Service Technician:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality service to our clients.
Duties
- Repair & Maintain HVAC systems.
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Operate company vehicles for service calls as needed; valid driver’s license required.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with experience in appliance repair and equipment repair preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation related to HVAC systems.
- Previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

- Minimum of 5 plus years of plumbing experience is preferred

- Demonstrated strong problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills involving building trust, strong interpersonal relations, and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
- A high school diploma or GED is desirable
- An in-depth understanding of plumbing and pumping systems
- Experience working with gas equipment is a plus
- Experience with Rinnai tankless water heaters
- Must be Punctual and great with time management
